Hi, I’m Amanda.
I’m a graduate student in counselling psychology at the University of British Columbia and a second-generation settler from Central Europe. I bring experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including those in eating disorder recovery, survivors of abuse, neurodiverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, rooted in person-centred and mind-body practices. I draw on attachment theory and mindfulness to help explore how past experiences may be shaping your present.
Having benefited from counselling myself, I know the importance of feeling safe and supported. I hope to co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.

Hi, I’m Jane Whitlaw.
I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC), with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and I work with individual adults.
When folks choose me as their counsellor, they’re often seeking something different; a new experience. Many are facing challenges or wanting something to change in their lives. Perhaps this sounds like you but you aren’t sure where to start…
In working with me, you will know you are supported, listened to, cared for, and that you are not alone. At my core is dependability, kindness, authenticity, and congruency; values that come through in my work, and will assist us in developing a genuine partnership that can support you in moving toward your counselling goals.
Looking forward to connecting in the near future! :)
